When you register on the Site, you agree to receive Newsletters and unsolicited emails from us by email from time to time. To make sure we are continually offering a useful service we, or an independent evaluator, will regularly carry out evaluation of our services with a sample of service users registered on the site. No other personal information is provided to the evaluator and the service user data referred to below is in anonymous form. You are under no obligation to participate in the process.
If you do not wish to receive future email newsletters, you may unsubscribe from the mailing by following the instructions given at the bottom of any such email, or by ticking ‘unsubscribe to the newsletter’ within the privacy settings in your personal profile area, created during registration.
An independent research organisation commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions will analyse service user data to determine whether our service is helping separated families to collaborate in the best interests of their children. No personal information will be passed to any third party.
You may be also contacted by the independent research organisation to discuss your experience of using this service. If you are contacted we hope you will participate, however you may decline to participate in further discussion or surveys if you wish.
